The Lily

$2,000 - Everything in the Daisy, plus:

  • Services begin two months prior to event date
  • Up to 8 additional conference calls
  • Additional event planning assistance such as:
    • Confirmation of vendor contract orders and details.
    • Floor plan design
    • Photography shot list coordination
    • Coordination of vendor load in times
    • Creation of detailed timeline tailored to key moments
    • Assistance with creating seating charts.
    • Help with final design selections and paper print designs (programs, table signs, etc.).
  • Access to helpful planning tools and tips.

  • Vendor assistance with post-event clean-up is now included in the price.

The Orchid

$4,500 - Everything in the Lily, plus:

  • Services begin at least four months prior to event date
  • Assistance with vendor recommendation and selection.
  • Organization of the entire event, including finding the location, catering, hotel accommodations, and transportation
  • Developing the overall vision, theme, and aesthetic
  • Includes 12+ hours of service on the day of the event.
  • Progress tracking of the event from start to finish

*For locations outside the San Antonio Loop 1604 radius, additional travel fees may apply.
